Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee exhibitor space. Our team carefully curates the hall to create the best mix of artists, vendors, and pop culture experiences for attendees.

- Application Review
Our team will review your application to ensure a balanced and engaging exhibitor hall. - Timeline
You can expect to hear from us within 2–3 weeks of your application submission. - Notification
You’ll be notified by email regarding the status of your application.
🎉 If Approved
You will receive:
- A confirmation email.
- Payment instructions and deadline (payment must be made promptly to secure your space).
- Access to the Exhibitor Info Packet, including load-in details, hotel options, marketing materials, and more.
🎉 If Not Approved
Unfortunately, space is limited and not all applications can be accepted. If your application is not approved this year:
- You’ll receive a notification via email.
- We encourage you to stay connected for future events and opportunities.

Get a head start on preparing for COCO:
- Gather your marketing materials (logos, banners, product photos).
- Think about exclusive items or offers you might feature at COCO.
- Comic book shops, large collection vendors, and fandom merch sellers: Take a look at our celebrity guest and guest artist lineup. Consider how your inventory aligns with their work or fandoms—this can help maximize sales and create stronger connections with attendees.
